San Carpo (Playlist)

I have been dying to go camping recently.

I'm not the most prepared person when it comes to camping, though. Half the time, I forget a sleeping bag or show up in slip-on vans, ready to hike 10 miles in the snow. I've realized, through my lack of wilderness experience, that I have two roles when it comes to group camping. I am the snack curator and the music provider. While these won't help us survive in the wild, this is probably the most important role in the camping group.

The snacks on a camping trip can make or break the whole experience. You have to gauge the entire group to curate the type of snacks everyone needs. There are 4 categories in my head, and you must grab one of each (salty, savory, sweet, wildcard). If you know, you know. Picture this: You're sitting around the campfire with good pints and good chats; it's great, but someone forgot to bring a nice salty snack. You might as well just go home.

Music is the soundtrack to the trip; it is the second-most important part of the car ride and the campsite. Nothing is better than someone asking for the name of a song. Feels soooo good.
